Service Terms

Draft — supplementary to the Terms & Conditions. Binding version: German Leistungsbedingungen.

1. Scope of services

The specific scope, deliverables and timeline are defined per engagement in the offer or engagement letter. Services are individually bookable and can be combined.

2. Process

The standard process: (1) situation analysis, (2) package/scope definition, (3) deposit and engagement letter, (4) delivery with regular check-ins, (5) review and revision round, (6) final delivery or launch, (7) optional maintenance.

3. Revision rounds

At least one revision round is included in every engagement. The number of included rounds follows from the offer. Further changes are treated as change requests (Sec. 5).

4. Acceptance

After delivery the client reviews the deliverable within [e.g. 10 business days]. If no defect is reported in text form within this period, the deliverable is deemed accepted.

5. Change requests

Changes or additions beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately and implemented after approval.

6. Cooperation

The client names a contact with decision authority and provides content, access and approvals promptly.

7. Subcontractors

The Provider may engage suitable third parties to perform services. Responsibility towards the client remains with the Provider.

8. Maintenance & operations

Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and upkeep are optional and offered as a separate, monthly-cancellable package.
